I have been sitting around all day so far wasting a veritable glut of work time trying to figure out where in the world to start about pizza.

How can I best help you?

What is the most important thing for you to know about pizza?

As I said in my “about me” page, I am trying to learn this blogging thing on the fly. Well, my training today is writing this detailed blog post for you. Not doing so well so far, you say? You’re right!

I am going to learn this, I will succeed. Honestly, I don’t know what failure even looks like.

Sure, I have, just like everyone else, met with some obstacles in this life but I haven’t ever run into something that tried to trip me up that I didn’t overcome and most importantly, learn something from.

Ya know what? That’s the most important thing for you to learn about pizza or pretty much about anything else in this life.

As we go through this journey together, things are gonna get hard at times, you’re gonna be frustrated, you’re gonna want to cry over your dough ball or maybe even throw it against the wall. As a side note, throwing dough against a wall can get very ugly depending on your hydration levels….don’t ask how I know that because, deep down, you already know.

The point is this, you can do this. You can learn how to make your own pizzas. Will there be some frustration along the way? Absolutely!

Is there anything that can stop you from learning? Only you!

Why do we love pizza so much anyway? Is it really that much better of a food than anything else you could eat?

We love pizza because it always brings us together! Very rarely do we sit down and eat a pizza alone. We have pizza at our football parties and birthday parties. We have it at our office meetings and construction sites. We have pizza for family dinner every “that day” of the week.

Pizza brings us together as a family and THAT is what makes it all worth it. That is what I was going to miss the most about being in the business until I decided to build a new family here with you!

So when that frustration sinks in because of “that one more dough ball turned out to be a biscuit” instead of a pizza shell, stop, do not throw it against the wall (wait, actually, if you’re gonna throw one against the wall, make it the one that turned out to be a biscuit, you’ll pretty much only have to sweep it up), but instead, turn to your 2 year old daughter, who is helping you, and enjoy the look in her eyes when you tell her that you get to make another one!

Can you do this? I think you can! Do you think you can?

Can I do this blogging thing after never knowing anything about computers, websites, or social media? I think I can, I think I can, I think I can.

Let’s do this!!!!!!!

Comment down below or ask a question about whatever you think is most important to you!
